Return and Refund Policy

Mireya Skin Formulas wants customers to shop with confidence and understand how returns and refunds are handled. Please review the following terms before requesting a return.

Return Period

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Original packaging should be included when applicable, and a valid order number or proof of purchase may be required.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or tampered skincare, beauty, and personal care items may not be eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We generally do not accept returns for:

1. Opened or used skincare and beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Customized or personalized products
5. Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
6. Products returned without prior approval

Return Request Steps

Before sending a product back, please contact our customer care team and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and a short explanation of your request.

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help us review the issue.

Return instructions will be provided once an eligible request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If an order issue was caused by Mireya Skin Formulas, including a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mireya Skin Formulas is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order soon after delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label to verify the issue and determine the most suitable solution.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Mireya Skin Formulas.

Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you would like a different product, please complete the approved return process and place a new order.

Cancellation requests must be made before an order is processed or shipped. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process described in this policy.
